Technical / Implementation Project Manager

A boutique consulting firm seeks to employ a Technical / Implementation Project Manager who will lead end-to-end Zoho implementation projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned to defined quality standards. This role requires a strong blend of structured project management capability, technical expertise across Zoho applications, and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively. The successful candidate will oversee multiple concurrent implementations while driving system adoption and long-term client success. Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets for Zoho implementation projects. Define scope, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Communicate project progress, risks, and escalations to senior management. Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder requirements are captured and addressed throughout the project lifecycle. Quality Assurance & Governance: Ensure all implementations adhere to best-practice project management standards. Conduct regular project reviews and performance audits. Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on lessons learned. Training, Adoption & Support: Develop and deliver structured training programs for end-users. Facilitate smooth system adoption across client organizations. Provide post-implementation support and oversee ongoing system optimisation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 2 years’ project management experience, preferably focused on Zoho implementation or similar CRM/ERP platforms. Proven track record of delivering system implementation projects successfully. Proficiency in: Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory Availability to work US business hours (6–7 hour time difference). Minimum of 40 hours per week. Reliable internet connection. Professional headset for client communication. Strong understanding of business process mapping and systems integration. Experience using project management tools such as: Zoho Projects, Asana, Trello Excellent project management and leadership capability. Strong verbal and written communication skills (excellent English essential). Advanced problem-solving and analytical ability. High attention to detail and quality orientation. Ability to perform under pressure and manage competing priorities. Self-driven, structured, and accountable.
