Patient Services Representative - Urgent Care

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and highly personable Patient Services Representative to join our team at our Garner Urgent Care. This role is vital to ensuring a seamless experience for every patient from the moment they walk through our doors.

• →Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• →Accurately collect and input patient information into the electronic health record system
• →Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
• →Handle incoming calls and front desk correspondence
• →Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to provide outstanding service

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks
• Ability to build and maintain positive, effective working relationships with co-workers, providers, and patients
• At least 1 year of experience in a medical office setting is required

• This position works three 13-hour shifts per week. The schedule rotates weekly and some weekend work is required as part of the rotating schedule.
