Automotive Loaner Car Specialist - Mercedes

• →Ensuring loaner fleet is gassed, cleaned, and staged appropriately.
• →Inspecting the loaner fleet for any necessary maintenance.
• →Ensuring that the vehicle inspection, registration, and insurance cards are current. Inspecting and reporting any damage to guests and management.
• →Making sure all vehicles are accounted for and any problems have been documented.
• →Working with clients to coordinate the loaner process, clearly communicate the policies and procedures of the loaner agreement, and establishing method of payment.
• →Ensuring all loaner contracts are accurately completed. Working collaboratively with service advisors and fellow loaner coordinators.
• →Completing daily reports.

• Customer service experience required.
• Previous experience in loaner cars or rental cars strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Clean/Valid Driver's License.
• Professional personal appearance.
