• →A minimum of 2 years of experience handling HR functions.
• →Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degree or, in lieu of BA degree will consider 5+ years of HR experience

• →Experience handling the full recruitment and onboarding process.
• →Working knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and employee relations.
• →Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• →Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• →Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• →Professional, approachable, and comfortable interacting with employees and management at all levels.
• →Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
• →Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems; experience with an HRIS or applicant tracking system is a plus.

• SHRM Certification
• Automotive Experience

Rate of Pay: $25 to $35 hourly
