→A minimum of 2 years of experience handling HR functions.
→Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degree or, in lieu of BA degree will consider 5+ years of HR experience

→Experience handling the full recruitment and onboarding process.
→Working knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and employee relations.
→Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
→Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
→Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
→Professional, approachable, and comfortable interacting with employees and management at all levels.
→Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
→Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems; experience with an HRIS or applicant tracking system is a plus.
