At Randle Siddeley Ltd, we don’t just create stunning landscapes—we cultivate thriving teams. As our HR Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our high-end garden design, construction, and maintenance business, ensuring our people feel valued, heard, and supported.
This standalone generalist role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across our four divisions—Construction, Maintenance, Design, and Business Support & Legal—to shape an exceptional workplace.
Position is for 16 hours per week / 2 days in the office
Accountable for
- Delivery of all HR operations and processes.
- Recruitment and onboarding.
- Employee relations (with external support) and staff wellbeing.
- HR compliance and legal requirements.
- Departmental ISO Compliance (with external support)
- Internal communication and engagement.
- Training and development coordination.
- Support with payroll, timekeeping systems, and benefit management.
Key Roles
- Manage the full Employee Lifecycle.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Advise on and manage employee relations cases, with the support of our external employment consultants, supporting line managers with training and guidance.
- Liaise with the Financial Controller to support accurate payroll processing.
- Maintain and update contracts, the employee handbook, and HR policies.
- Lead annual appraisal and salary review processes.
- Promote effective communication across the business.
- Oversee onboarding for new starters across different departments and locations, in line with ISO expectations and guidance.
- Evaluate and manage employee benefits and incentives.
