Bij Ranpak ontwikkelen we papier-gebaseerde oplossingen waarmee bedrijven hun producten veilig kunnen verzenden en tegelijk hun milieubelasting verlagen.

De Field Service Engineer is het visitekaartje van Ranpak bij onze klanten. Je wordt onderdeel van een team dat actief werkt aan een duurzamere toekomst voor logistiek en verpakkingen.

Installeren en onderhouden van Ranpak machines en integraties bij klanten, zodat systemen optimaal blijven functioneren.
Storingen analyseren en oplossen, en stilstand voorkomen door preventief onderhoud en doordachte probleemoplossing.
Operators en distributeurs trainen en onze Sales collega’s ondersteunen met praktische technische kennis en advies.
Servicegegevens registreren in SAP en inzichten delen die bijdragen aan verdere verbeteringen van onze producten en processes

Standplaats: Eygelshoven, Nederland.
Je werkt deels op locatie bij klanten en deels op kantoor, afhankelijk van wat het werk in die week vraagt.
Regelmatig reizen binnen de Benelux en de DACH-regio, met af en toe een reis naar andere locaties in Europa.

De interne voertaal is Engels — je moet Engels kunnen lezen en spreken.
Nederlands is prettig en Duits is een plus (Frans is mooi meegenomen, maar niet vereist).
