We’re growing our delivery team and hiring Delivery Leads to support a range of complex digital and AI initiatives across clients. These roles focus on driving execution across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between product, design, and engineering, and enabling predictable, high-quality delivery across large-scale programs.

These opportunities include both active programs and pipeline hiring for upcoming work, with a focus on bringing structure and clarity to complex delivery environments.

  • Own end-to-end delivery strategy across complex, multi-team programs
  • Establish and evolve delivery frameworks, planning models, and execution standards
  • Ensure alignment between design outputs and delivery timelines
  • Lead backlog shaping, sequencing, and dependency management across teams
  • Define and drive delivery cadence (planning, backlog governance, story readiness)
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations at a program level
  • Interface with senior stakeholders to align on priorities, scope, and reporting
  • Implement delivery metrics and continuous improvement practices
  • Coach teams on delivery excellence and operational maturity
  • 10+ years in delivery leadership across complex digital or platform initiatives
  • Strong expertise in agile delivery, planning, and dependency management
  • Experience designing delivery operating models
  • Strong stakeholder management at senior/executive level
  • Ability to drive structured execution in ambiguous environments
  • Experience leading without direct authority
  • Experience in AI, data, or platform programs
  • Consulting or advisory background
  • Systems thinker with program-level perspective
  • Outcome-driven and highly accountable
  • Structured, calm, and decisive
  • Strong communicator with executive presence
  • Flexible, client-aligned work model — autonomy with accountability, adapting to client delivery needs
