  • Build scalable applications that improve operational efficiency and automate security and infrastructure workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Develop new features to support evolving business and project needs.
  • Integrate applications with REST APIs and other enterprise services.
  • Ensure application reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability through clean, well-tested code.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Maintain compliance with security standards and support timely remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
  • Support Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) processes by implementing automation that improves monitoring, operational consistency, and service reliability.
  • Participate in technical discussions, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives as new technologies and services are introduced.
  • Professional experience developing applications using Python or equivalent programming languages.
  • Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience building, testing, and troubleshooting automation solutions using REST APIs.
  • Experience working with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of authentication and security protocols such as OAuth.
  • Experience developing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience conducting peer code reviews.
  • Experience creating test plans and automated test cases.
  • Experience building dashboards or visualizations using Python or JavaScript libraries.
  • Experience supporting infrastructure automation, security operations, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) environments.
  • You take ownership and deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight.
  • You enjoy solving complex technical problems through automation.
  • You value clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • You collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • You embrace continuous learning and seek opportunities to improve systems and processes.
  • You communicate clearly and proactively in fast-paced delivery environments.
  • Flexible, client-aligned work model with autonomy and accountability.
  • Opportunity to work on meaningful, enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
  • Collaborative, supportive team focused on continuous learning and technical excellence.
  • Exposure to modern engineering, automation, cloud, and DevOps practices.
  • A culture committed to helping technologists Build. Better.
  • RAVL is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and accessible workplace. We welcome applications from all qualified individuals and provide accommodations throughout the hiring process upon request.
