Associate Operational Compliance Manager

We are seeking for a Compliance Officer to manage day-to-day AML/CFT compliance operations and support broader regulatory compliance for our business. This role covers customer screening, policy and controls maintenance and regulatory liaison and reporting.

• →Support day-to-day operational compliance monitoring, ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• →Draft, review, and maintain compliance policies, procedures and internal controls documentation.
• →Support AML/CFT and sanctions screening, customer due diligence and transaction monitoring processes.
• →Coordinate regulatory returns, periodic reporting and responses to regulator queries or examinations.
• →Monitor regulatory developments relevant to the business and assess operational impact.
• →Act as day-to-day liaison with MAS and other relevant authorities on compliance matters, including supporting regulatory license applications or renewals as and when required.
• →Support audit and regulatory examination engagements.
• →Partner with business units to embed compliance requirements into day-to-day operations.
• →Deliver AML/CFT training and compliance awareness sessions to operational staff.

• At least 6 –7 years' experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory affairs within financial services (banking, payments or other regulated industries).
• Experience with Money Services Business (MSB) is preferred.
• Familiarity with AML/CFT and sanctions screening requirements.
• Strong regulatory liaison, policy drafting, and stakeholder management skills.
• ICA/ACAMS certification an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
