At Renewal by Andersen of Oregon and SW Washington, we believe in connecting with homeowners to help them create comfortable, energy-efficient spaces they love. We're looking for motivated and personable individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. This role is perfect for those who enjoy being outdoors, engaging with their community, and sparking meaningful first connections with homeowners.

Strong Base Pay + Incentives: Hourly rate with an increase after 90 days. Enjoy uncapped bonus opportunities, with top performers earning between $80,000-$90,000 annually.

$500 Signing Bonus: Earn a signing bonus after a 90-day introductory period.

Community Outreach: Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations.

Purpose-Driven Interaction: Share how our products can improve home comfort, energy efficiency, and beauty.

Scheduling: Set up appointments for our Design Consultants to provide in-home consultations.

Data Entry: Accurately record homeowner information and appointment details using a company-provided device.

Team Collaboration: Partner with Inside Sales Center (ISC) team members to ensure appointment follow-through.

Event Setup & Breakdown: Transport, assemble, and dismantle booths and promotional displays at event locations.

Brand Representation: Act as the face of Renewal by Andersen by sharing product knowledge and company values with attendees.

Lead Generation: Engage attendees in meaningful conversations to capture interest and schedule in-home appointments.

Customer Interaction: Deliver exceptional service with empathy, positivity, and professionalism.

Additional Duties: Participate in team meetings and complete other tasks as assigned.

Experience: No experience necessary; customer-facing roles or community outreach experience preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to start conversations confidently and explain products clearly.

Self-Driven: Comfortable working independently and motivated to exceed goals.

Positive Mindset: Enthusiastic, personable, and solutions-oriented approach.

Coachability: Open to feedback with a desire to grow and improve.

Flexible Availability: Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Age and Licensing: Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Endurance: Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods throughout the day.

Mobility: Comfortable with local travel and working in a variety of outdoor environments.

Technology Use: Ability to carry and operate a touchscreen tablet while on the move.
