Client Finance Manager

rbb Communications, a best place to work and top 50 integrated communications firm, seeks an experienced Client Finance Manager with at least six years of experience at an advertising, public relations or marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities: Our new manager will maintain the highest standards of financial and legal practices with confidence and discretion to support the agency’s overall financial health.

Financial Reports and Client Services:

• AR Aging and Collections: includes follow-up on past due invoices with clients, partners and account teams
• AP Aging: Enter vendor invoices, maintain files, respond to vendor inquiries
• Credit Card Reconciliation: Monthly management
• Client Reconciliations: Work with account staff to ensure data accuracy monthly
• Client Billings: Process monthly and as needed
• Meet with executive leadership weekly
• Monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and
• Assist with cash flow forecasting
• Supports monthly and yearly closing process including journal entry preparation and review

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 6 years that includes working with a PR, advertising or marketing agency
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Skills: Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Learn and master Advantage accounting system
• Smart AI usage for efficiency and analysis
• Friendly, responsive and all-around great attitude, solid references
