Responsibilities:
- Prepare RV surfaces for painting (sanding, masking, priming).
- Mix and apply paints, coatings, and finishes to RV exteriors and interiors.
- Match colors and ensure smooth, professional finishes.
- Maintain painting equipment and work area.
- Collaborate with technicians and service staff to meet project deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards.
- Responsible for meeting the company standard of quality work and billable hours
- Professional Customer communication and service documentation

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in automotive, RV, or industrial painting.
- Knowledge of paint mixing, spray gun operation, and finishing techniques.

- Mechanical aptitude is a must, we can train the rest
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
- Valid driver’s license and transportation
