About the Role
~1 min readThis is a hands-on finance role sitting at the heart of Reach for Change's Swedish operations. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, you will own the full accounting cycle for our Swedish legal entity and subsidiaries, while partnering closely with colleagues across Europe on both organisational and donor-funded programs.
The role combines operational accounting, financial reporting, grant finance, budgeting, compliance, and business partnering. It is well suited to someone who wants genuine ownership of a finance function and finds purpose in work that has real social impact behind it.
