WordPress Support Specialist

The Web Operations Specialist is a proactive web and platform support professional who ensures our websites, e-commerce store, and online communities are always updated, optimized, and operating at peak performance.

This is not a passive admin job. You’ll be the digital operations driver—maintaining content, managing backend systems, resolving technical issues, and coordinating improvements that keep our online platforms reliable and revenue-ready. • Regularly update website content, including product pages, banners, and announcements
   
• Upload and schedule weekly blog posts to keep our content fresh
   
• Perform general maintenance to ensure website speed, responsiveness, and user experience
   
• Fix broken links and optimize page layouts to enhance customer navigation
   

• Manage the backend of our WooCommerce merchandise store
   
• Update plugins and perform regular inventory checks
   
• Ensure all product listings, pricing, and descriptions remain accurate and up-to-date
   

• Oversee backend operations of our Skool community platform
   
• Upload internal resources, moderate content, and resolve user access issues
   
• Keep the platform aligned with business needs and deliver a seamless user experience
   

• Coordinate minor web development tasks with the tech team as needed
   
• Maintain records of updates, changes, and issue resolutions for easy future reference
   
• Manage and update third-party integrations and merchant tools like Stripe and PayPal
   

Web & E-Commerce Experience – Proven ability managing WordPress and WooCommerce platforms with confidence and detail.

Technical Proficiency – Comfortable handling backend tasks, plugin updates, and minor web development coordination.

Strong Attention to Detail – You catch errors before they impact users and maintain clean, organized systems.

Excellent Communication & Independence – You can manage your responsibilities with minimal oversight while keeping the team informed.

Bonus Skills – Familiarity with Skool platform and basic graphic editing (Canva or Photoshop) are strong pluses.
