As a Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of your store, responsible for operations, team leadership, and customer experience.

→Lead & Inspire: Hire, train, and develop a strong team while fostering a positive, customer-first culture.
→Drive Results: Manage inventory, analyze sales, and implement strategies to boost profitability.
→Deliver Excellence: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

We’re searching for a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced retail environments.

Experience: 5+ years as a retail supervisor, assistant manager, or store manager.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organization, and basic computer proficiency.
Physical Abilities: Stand for long periods, occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Mobility: Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and ability to travel as needed.
