• Experience: 5+ years as a retail supervisor, assistant manager, or store manager.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organization, and basic computer proficiency.
• Physical Abilities: Stand for long periods, occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and ability to travel as needed.
