Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Biological Sciences, or a related discipline or a Master’s degree in a relevant field with at least 6 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in data analytics and bioinformatics
  • Proficiency in R, Python, or other relevant programming languages
  • Proven experience in next-generation sequencing (NGS), multi-omics, or related fields, including single-cell and spatial biology applications
  • Prior supervision or mentoring experience is highly advantageous
  • Experience in AI/ML with demonstrated applications in bioinformatics is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player
  • Willingness to learn and embrace new challenges
