At Arts Centre Melbourne, our Development business unit is focused on building long-term sustainability through values-aligned partnerships across the corporate, tertiary and government sectors.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Coordinator, Partnerships to join the team in a maternity leave cover role to August 2027.
About the Role
~1 min readThe Coordinator, Partnerships is the operational backbone of the Partnerships team, providing critical administrative, systems, and coordination support across a broad range of partnership activities.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys bringing structure, organisation, and efficiency to complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
You will support the team across:
- Partnership administration and team coordination
- CRM and systems management
- Event and meeting coordination
- Partnership delivery and reporting
- Relationship management support
- Process improvement and operational efficiency
Working closely with internal stakeholders across the organisation, you’ll help ensure partnership activity is delivered seamlessly and aligned to broader organisational goals.
You are a detail-oriented and solutions-focused coordinator with strong organisational and communication skills. You enjoy juggling multiple priorities, building strong working relationships, and finding smarter ways of working.
- Experience in administration, coordination, partnerships, sponsorship, events, fundraising, or stakeholder engagement
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and process management capability
- Confidence working across systems, databases, and reporting tools
- A collaborative and proactive approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience within arts, culture, events, not-for-profit, or corporate partnerships environments will be highly regarded.
