Required Qualifications:Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes* plus four years of appropriate experience. Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience.
Preferred- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
- Qualified for licensure in the State of Florida
- Federal DEA Certification
