Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Report to Director (RWSAC) and Vice President (Corporate Services & Administration) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support strategic initiatives, and serve as the key interface between the unit, the University’s central administration, and external stakeholders.
- →Support the management and operations of the RWSAC.
- →Support the formulation and implementation of strategies, including human resources management, financial management, procurement management, internal quality management and general administration.
- →Execute human resources functions, such as staff recruitment, on-boarding, appointment/re-appointment/promotion/departure process, training and development, and performance monitoring/evaluation.
- →Manage and coordinate procurement and financial transactions to ensure financial compliance.
- →Support internal quality management.
- →Provide general administrative support to the senior management.
- →Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
~2 min read- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in management and administration, preferably in governmental or public organisations.
- Proficiency in common office applications (e.g. MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint); Hands-on experience in project management and database applications (e.g. MS Project, Access and Visio) is an added advantage.
- Commitment to quality, integrity, confidentiality and compliance.
- Good organisational, project management and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-minded, able to handle multiple concurrent tasks and self-motivated.
- A good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Proficiency in Putonghua is an added advantage.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
