IT Technician/Senior IT Assistant

• →Provide helpdesk support to users via phone calls and emails;
• →Assist with software installation and video conferencing setup;
• →Provide technical support, contribute to website development, and assist in developing the IT infrastructure to support new systems; and
• →Assist with ad hoc projects assigned by supervisors

• Higher diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines;
• Knowledge of Javascript, PHP, PHP Framework, Python, HTML, Power BI, Microsoft Power Automate, AWS, Canva;
• Good documentation skills and attention to details; and
• Good critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

Candidates with higher qualifications or more experience may be considered for appointment as IT Technician.  Fresh graduates will also be considered.
