Responsibilities

  • →Recruit potential clinical trial participants.
  • →Coordinate patient scheduling and study visits in compliance with the clinical trial protocol.
  • →Conduct standardized data collection from the hospital system and the patients.
  • →Conduct data management, processing and labeling
  • →Assist clinicians and research staff during study visits.
  • →Provide administrative support, including billing coordination, report preparation, and document submission.
  • →Support research operations by preparing study materials and equipment as needed.
  • →Assist in drafting and updating research ethics applications under the supervision of the principal investigator.

 

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree related to medical/health disciplines, computer science, or electrical engineering
  • Basic programming skills with the ability to organize, clean, and process clinical data.
  • Clinical research experience is preferred 
  • A good command of spoken English, Chinese, and Cantonese
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team

The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a 12-month temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered. Other benefits include annual leave, medical benefits and free access to on-campus gyms and libraries.
