We’re looking for someone who:

Has 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
Holds a West Virginia HVAC License and Tech 2 Card (Residential work required)
Has strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in the field
Understands HVAC/R systems, refrigeration principles, and residential installation best practices
Can read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation schematics
Is comfortable communicating directly with homeowners
Has a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Can pass a background check and drug screening
Takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service
