1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $20/hr
Weekend Shift: Saturday–Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | $20/hr

• → Lead and coordinate production line employees to ensure safe and efficient operations
• → Monitor production performance, output, scrap, and downtime; escalate issues as needed
• → Assist with line setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting equipment or process issues
• → Train and mentor employees on procedures, safety practices, and quality standards
• → Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and food safety requirements
• → Communicate daily production goals and expectations to the team
• → Coordinate staffing and workflow to meet production schedules
• → Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve production issues
• → Maintain accurate production records and reports
• → Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• → Promote teamwork and a positive, respectful work environment

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong understanding of production workflows and manufacturing processes
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment including noise, machinery, and varying temperatures
