The Engineering Intern helps support the development and improvement of products that solve real challenges for farmers. By contributing to design, testing, documentation, and engineering projects, this position gains meaningful hands-on experience while helping Red E develop practical solutions that support our larger mission of helping farmers succeed.

Red E was founded in 2012 with a simple mission: help farmers get more life, performance, and reliability out of the equipment they already own. What started as a small engineering services company has grown into a team that develops high-performance aftermarket solutions and provides parts, equipment solutions, inspections, rebuilds, and support to farmers across North America and around the world.

Our roots are in both engineering and agriculture. Red E was built around a practical idea: farmers shouldn't always have to replace expensive equipment when thoughtful engineering, better solutions, and the right support can help their existing equipment perform better and last longer.

Today, our team continues to work directly with farmers, listening to the challenges they face in the field and developing practical solutions that make a difference during the most important times of the year. Across engineering, sales, service, parts, and support, we share the same goal: helping farmers succeed.

Plain and simple, it's our culture and our drive for excellence. We're a team that takes pride in doing good work, solving problems, supporting one another, and continually finding ways to get better.

We focus on four key areas that help shape the kind of workplace we want to build:

  1. Leadership: Lead by example through servant leadership. Create an environment where people can take ownership of their work and be proud of what they accomplish.
  2. Purpose: Understand what we do and why it matters. Our work supports farmers, and we continually look for better products, services, and solutions that make a meaningful difference.
  3. Opportunity: Look for ways to improve, solve problems, learn, and pursue new products and services that create value for our customers and our team.
  4. Growth: Keep moving forward. We believe growth comes from challenging ourselves, improving how we work, and continuing to build something better.
