Must be a hustler who keeps the floor guest-ready - supporting servers and bartenders through regular shifts and high-energy private events!

Responsibilities:

• Bus and reset tables quickly so the next party can sit down without waiting.
• Run dirty dishes, restock clean plates, silverware, glassware, and condiments.
• Keep dining rooms, patio, and event spaces clean, swept, and guest-ready.
• Support servers with water, pre-bussing, and running food when needed.
• Support event setups and breakdowns for parties and buyouts.
• Work as part of the team to keep the vibe high and guests happy
