Responsibilities: Overseeing building maintenance and repairs. Coordinating contractors and maintenance schedules. Troubleshooting plumbing and electrical issues. Ensuring facilities remain well maintained and operational. Maintaining maintenance records and reporting. Requirements Building maintenance experience. Basic plumbing knowledge. Electrical maintenance and fault-finding experience. Technical troubleshooting ability. Computer literate. Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
