Controller

The Controller will lead the day-to-day accounting and tax operations – the monthly close, reporting across four legal entities in four countries, revenue and cost accounting, tax and internal controls underneath it all. This role is central to building the financial infrastructure, reporting discipline, and controls needed to support a growing multi-revenue-stream technology and services business.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred 

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including people management, with at least 2 years in a Controller or Assistant Controller capacity 

• Demonstrated experience building or scaling an accounting team, including hiring, structuring roles, and developing staff 

• Strong GAAP knowledge, particularly revenue recognition and COGS matching across multiple revenue streams 

• Experience in a technology, MSP/VAR, or subscription and services-based business strongly preferred 

• International, multi-entity experience strongly preferred 

• Experience partnering cross-functionally with leaders, particularly on topics with financial and compliance implications 

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (or comparable ERP) and CRM-to-GL revenue workflows; Experience with accounting system migration a plus; Salesforce experience a plus 

• Track record of owning and improving the monthly close process 

• Experience supporting an audit, financial statement restatement, or transaction diligence process is a plus 

• Strong communicator, comfortable with non-finance stakeholders, auditors, and outside advisors
