Full Stack Developer

Full Stack Developer (Hybrid – NYC) $150K to $200K Plus Equity Hybrid (in-office a few days per week in NYC) Candidates must currently live in the Greater NYC area We’re an early-stage, well-funded startup building a next-generation AI platform — and we’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who thrives in a true 0→1 environment. This is not a maintenance role. You’ll be taking products and features from idea to reality, working side-by-side with a small, high-impact team to build something from the ground up. What We’re Looking For Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript (required) Full stack development experience (frontend + backend systems) Track record of building and shipping production applications Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment with ambiguity Someone who wants to be part of an in-person, collaborative team culture What You’ll Be Doing Own development of features from 0→1 — from concept through production Build and scale modern web applications with a focus on performance and clean UX Work closely with product and design to rapidly iterate and ship Help define architecture and engineering standards as the product evolves Contribute to integrating AI/LLM capabilities into real-world applications Nice to Have Experience working on 0→1 products or early-stage startups Exposure to AI / LLM-based applications Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, etc.) Why This Role The most interesting, rewarding work you will do in your career Real ownership — your work directly shapes the product Early-stage startup environment with meaningful equity upside Tight, collaborative team building something from scratch
