About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Enrollment Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with prospective clients, educate them about our services, answer questions, overcome objections, and guide them through the enrollment process.

- Handle inbound and outbound videocalls with prospective clients.
- Explain program benefits and answer questions in both English and Spanish.
- Build trust and rapport with potential clients throughout the enrollment process.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Gather and accurately document client information and medical history details when applicable.
- Maintain detailed records in CRM and related systems.
- Schedule appointments and assist with onboarding activities through Google videocalls.
- Follow up with interested leads and nurture relationships.
- Meet enrollment, quality, and productivity goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide an excellent client experience.
Requirements
~1 min read- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of healthcare, sales, or collections experience.
- Previous sales or retention experience.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Comfortable handling objections and closing enrollments.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate sales CRM's simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Experience using CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce).
- Insurance, enrollment, or patient coordination experience.
- Experience meeting performance metrics and KPIs.
- Consistently achieve enrollment goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service on every interaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Complete timely follow-up with prospective clients.
- Build positive relationships that lead to successful enrollments.
