Assistant Women's Basketball Coach

The Assistant Coach of Women’s Basketball assists in overseeing all aspects of operating a successful college level intercollegiate athletic program. All responsibilities will be under the leadership of the Head Coach and/or the Director of Athletics. This is a part-time position.

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• One or more years of successful high school, college, or private coaching experience is preferred

• A strong relationship with Jesus Christ
• Proven ability to communicate effectively one-on-one, in small groups, and in public speaking contexts
• Proven ability to communicate ideas and priorities effectively to promote teamwork and achieve desired results
• Demonstrated strategic planning skills and an ability to assess the team’s competitive strengths and vulnerabilities
• Demonstrated skill in making strategic recommendations to enhance the team’s performance.
• Ability to work a flexible and irregular schedule
