Responsibilities

→Assist ASM with PhD and MA residency resources, check-in, setup, and clean-up
→File (digital), print, and copy documents for the office
→Support faculty with PowerPoints, research, and other duties
→Serve as receptionist for both counseling suites

Requirements

Must be a graduate student in the School of Psychology & Counseling
Must be responsible, with the ability to complete tasks without supervision
Experience in an office environment preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Must be available 20 hours per week between 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Salary: $12.77 per hour
