Responsibilities

- →Help with generating contracts and dissertation process for Ph.D students
- →Maintain a list of adjunct instructors' information
- →Upload dissertation and other forms to the shared drive
- →Update syllabus depot
- →Filing (digital), printing, and copying
- →Assist faculty with obtaining desk-copies
- →Assist with department Course schedule
- →Assist with ensuring textbooks are properly updated in online bookstore
- →Respond via phone and email to student field experience questions
- →Create fillable PDF documents
Requirements
~1 min read- Must be responsible, with the ability to complete tasks without supervision
- Experience in an office environment preferred
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Must be available 20 hours per week between 9 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday
