Requirements

- Must be able to show compassion and empathy when interacting with students and hearing their stories
- Must understand the importance of confidentiality and ensure that confidentiality is maintained
- Preferred to have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- Should have a desire for accessibility and ensuring equal access for our students with disabilities
