• Occupational Therapist (OT) hospital IP/OP based in Ephrata, Washington
• Pay range $44/hr - $50/hr, depending on experience
• Flexible $12,000 Career Bonus: As a fulltime employee, you’ll earn up to $12,000 in additional financial benefits over your first three years — use it for retention bonus, sign-on bonus, or student loan repayment, or personal development.

• →Assess and treat patients
• →Complete documentation
• →Plan, market and develop new programs
• →Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff
• →Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
• →Assist in the general operation of the department
• →Supervise COTA’s in accordance to state regulations as necessary

• Bachelors (B.A., B.S.) or Master's degree (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy
• Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program
• Possess or be eligible for WA state licensure
