Teardown

• →Inspect & Sort: Evaluate whitewood pallets and determine repair needs using established criteria.
• →Cut & Reuse: Operate industrial table saws to salvage reusable components.
• →Repair & Restore: Use nail guns, hammers, and other tools to bring pallets back to life.
• →Keep It Clean: Maintain a tidy workspace with “clean as you go” practices.
• →Stay Safe: Follow all safety procedures and company protocols.
• →Hit Your Goals: Meet production and quality targets in a performance-driven environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools (nail gun, hammer, Sawzall, etc.).
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Forklift experience is a plus — certification preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is a bonus!
