Workforce Associate

The Workforce Associate is responsible for creating of staffing model and scheduling staff to accommodate day-to-day efficiency. The WFM Associate will provide the data and analysis to ensure staffing levels are appropriate to handle the clinic staff requirement while also meeting the needs of Operations and the business.

• →Develop a clinic staffing schedule.
• →Collect, review, analyze, and interpret relevant data to identify challenges in the workforce.
• →Prepare workforce analysis reports for business needs.
• →Provide recommendations to improve the workforce to reduce overheads and increase client experience.
• →Generate regular and ad-hoc/real-time reports on a variety of Client metrics.
• →Provide periodic reports and data trends containing performance data to support Operations
• →Respond to Service Level variations.
• →Maintains employee records in the database
• →Ensures all open shifts are properly staffed
• →Handles employee timekeeping report

• College graduate of any course
• Has a good understanding of analytical software
• Has the ability to translate data into business insights is useful in this profession
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Google Workspace)
• Strong operational discipline, able to manage time and resources to deliver critical outcomes
• Able to work gracefully under pressure and works in a timeline-driven environment
• Amenable to work on shifting schedules
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong
