The Gateway Residency provides life-changing training and hands-on direct ministry experience in leadership and discipleship from seasoned leaders.

The average time spent per week for Gateway Residents will be 40 hours. We do want to ensure that residents are taking two days off to rest each week and have one Solitude day a month.
- Residency Family Group: 1-1.5 hours per week
- Courses (usually 8-10 weeks each)
- Bible 1: 2.5 hours per week
- Bible 2: 2.5 hours per week
- EQ Leadership: 2 hours per week
- Management (Time, People, Money) 2 hours per week
- Discipleship: 1.5 hours per week
- Communication: 1.5 hours per week
- Staff Meetings: 2-3 hours per week
- 1 on 1 Coach meetings: 2 hours per week
- Hands-on Ministry Experience: 20-25 hours per week
