Banquet Bartender

• →Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to banquet guests
• →Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service throughout each event
• →Set up portable bar with the appropriate items (as needed): garnishes, glasses, ice, all liquor requested for function, mixes, straws, napkins, etc.
• →Maintain bar supplies throughout the function.
• →Communicate effectively with the banquet team and event staff
• →Verify guest age and follow all applicable alcohol-service requirements
• →Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible alcohol-service practices
• → Using POS system to ring bar purchases for guest's drinks.

Requirements

• →Positive attitude and excellent customer-service skills
• →Reliable, punctual, and professional
• →Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• →Strong communication and teamwork skills
• →Ability to remain calm and professional during busy events
• →Previous bartending, restaurant, or banquet experience preferred
• →Bartending certification or alcohol-service certification preferred
• →Must meet all applicable legal requirements for serving alcohol
• →Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
