Lobby Attendant

• →Clean and maintain the hotel lobby, public restrooms, hallways, elevators, meeting spaces, and other public areas.
• →Dust, vacuum, mop, sweep, and sanitize all assigned areas throughout each shift.
• →Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• →Clean glass doors, windows, mirrors, and other high-touch surfaces.
• →Restock restroom supplies, including soap, paper towels, tissue, and other amenities.
• →Monitor public areas for cleanliness and safety hazards and report maintenance issues promptly.
• →Assist housekeeping with special cleaning projects as assigned.
• →Maintain housekeeping storage areas in a clean and organized manner.
• →Respond promptly to guest requests in a courteous and professional manner.
• →Follow all hotel safety procedures, chemical handling guidelines, and OSHA standards.
• →Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or General Manager.

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or hotel experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.
