Customer Success Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Success professional to support a UK-based employer, helping to onboard new customers and ramp up to full-time support as the user base grows. This role is ideal for a South African professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities

Provide exceptional support to new customers during the onboarding process

Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, FAQs, and other resources to support customer queries

Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams

Work closely with the product team to ensure that customer needs are being met and that the product is aligned with customer expectations

Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer support

Identify and escalate any customer issues or concerns to the relevant teams

Continuously evaluate and improve the customer support process to ensure that it is meeting the needs of the business and customers
Requirements

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Confidence using tools such as CRM software and helpdesk systems
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and a proactive approach
Previous experience working with UK clients or companies is advantageous
