Experience in customer support routines, demonstrating your dedication to providing top-notch service.
Knowledge of relational database modeling (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, among others), and data manipulation via ETL, enabling you to dive deep into the technical aspects of our solutions.
A degree in information technology-related fields, showcasing your commitment to staying at the forefront of the industry.
Fluent in both English and Greek languages, with additional languages such as German or French being a plus.

→Client Success: As a Customer Support Analyst, you will be a critical part of our clients' success stories. You'll provide level 2 support, ensuring compliance with customer requirements (SLA/service level) regarding request handling, logging, resolution, and administration of operational technology platforms.
