The main purpose of this position is to maximize the execution of programs (planners) and ensure compliance to account schematics and RCUSA merchandising standards in Chain accounts in California, enabling the company to achieve its volume and profit objectives.
The position focuses and requires a strong, professional and proactive approach, in order to achieve the multiple performance goals.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years in experience in sales and/or merchandising in beverage alcohol industry
- Customer driven and consumer focused
- Proactive and solutions oriented
- Ability to sell, influence and partner with customers/wholesalers
- Demonstrated public-speaking, presentation and writing skills
- Proven abilities to develop selling strategies targeted to enhance wine and spirit sales
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS in business related major (such as Marketing, Accounting, Management etc.)
- Experienced with Nielsen data (syndicated data)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) environment
- Ability to work with management, colleagues, and customers throughout the business and industry at every level
- Promotion and luxury goods experience a plus
