About the Role

The Senior Credit Controller is responsible for managing credit risk, optimizing cash collections, minimizing DSO, and maintaining ledger hygiene across both business units.

Responsibilities

Experience in Credit Control, / AR.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables).
Experience using customer EDI portals & billing platforms.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, & communication skills.
High analytical rigor, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability.
Resilience, organization, and ability to prioritise
A CICM qualification and knowledge of SAP would be a plus
