We are seeking a proactive and experienced NOC Team Lead to oversee and elevate our Network Operations Center. This is a pivotal, hands-on leadership role responsible for maintaining business continuity through effective incident management, infrastructure monitoring, and seamless communication with stakeholders. The NOC Team Lead will not only guide and motivate the team but also drive continuous improvement and change across processes, tools, and operations.
  • Lead and inspire the NOC team to deliver high performance, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Manage and escalate incidents, ensuring effective communication across technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Monitor system and network health proactively; ensure real-time response to issues and outages.
  • Oversee ticketing systems, ensuring SLAs are consistently met and incident documentation is accurate and timely.
  • Collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to support production deployments and troubleshoot issues.
  • Review and improve operational procedures, identifying opportunities to automate redundant tasks and streamline workflows.
  • Lead root cause analysis efforts for major incidents; drive follow-ups and long-term fixes.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL-based processes, including change, incident, and problem management.
  • Maintain disaster recovery protocols and test regularly to ensure readiness.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and monitoring tools.
  • Provide on-call process oversight and ensure team readiness across all shifts.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop NOC team members to enhance technical capabilities and team cohesion.

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on incident management and troubleshooting complex systems.
  • Proven leadership experience within a NOC or similar technical environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL or other industry-standard IT service management frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact confidently at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Customer-first mindset with a strong focus on service quality and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and implement change.
  • Experience with monitoring, alerting, and automation tools.
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
