The Verification Officer role involves reviewing and evaluating address verification pictures submitted by sales agents and field verification agents for customers applying for loans, ensuring all submissions meet the company’s verification and compliance standards. 

• →Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field verification, dispatch riding, or a similar role.
• →Experience in field verification, operations, or related admin/fintech role
• → Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in reports/images
• → Ability to review verification photos against set standards (GPS, landmarks, image quality)
• → Basic understanding of loan/credit verification processes
• → Good communication skills to liaise with field/sales agents
• → Ability to use verification tools, dashboards, and mobile/GPS applications
• → Strong judgment to identify suspicious information and escalate when needed
• → Ability to work within strict turnaround time (TAT) deadlines
