The purpose of this role is to handle customer enquiries and support the business in increasing sales volumes. You will be making appointments to new customers for our field-based sales executives.

Responsibilities

→Using outbound calls to generate and convert business for new and existing customers
→Increasing the productivity of sales in your geographical area
→Answering incoming queries and informing relevant parties
→Increasing conversion of sales against marketing-driven campaigns
→Attending and participating in monthly sales meetings

Requirements

Previous experience working in a contact centre or sales environment would be preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Good IT skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
You may be required to pass Garda Vetting depending on the role you have applied for
