We are currently seeking a Trainee Digital Content Developer to join our dedicated team at the Dudley office. The primary function of this role is to support the Head of E-Learning by creating content for our learning and development, marketing and recruitment departments. As our Trainee Digital Content Developer you will need to ensure all material is clear, concise and engaging for viewers.

This role will work closely with all our support departments to make use of material already available to you, you will work with the Head of E-Learning , subject matter experts and Central U+ development team to create new video and course content, and continuously update our current content.

Responsibilities

→Create educational online content and job aids, such as: Animated videos, Edited filmed footage eg Talking head videos, eLearning SCORM courses, Digital magazine articles
→Ensure that all content is engaging, relevant, and inline with brand guidelines
→Monitor the progress of the content pipeline and liaise with other departments to ensure all content is delivered on time and to a high standard
→Support the Head of E-Learning to review and sign off content
→Assist the UK development team during video recording and voiceover sessions
→Offer advice and recommendations to the business to help improve user experience
→Any other task/projects as required

Requirements

Excellent attention to detail

Strong written/spoken English
