We are looking for an experienced Key Accounts Contracts Administrator to join our team based in Sydney on a Permanent Full Time basis. This role will see you provide accurate information to Business Support to align contracts to identified variations. In addition you will use your experience to help retain and grow our Key Accounts portfolio.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Maintain monthly and quarterly reports for Key Account clients to align with contractual obligations
  • Liaise with Key Account Customer as required to clarify reactive work order requests
  • Provide a high level of support and develop positive relationship with Newcastle Key Account Manager
  • Take variation data from Key Account meetings and compare current service covers and prepare action points to reflect what has been agreed
  • Process leads from technicians for key account premises
  • Prepare content for quotes
  • Contribute to an environment that helps to develop the relationship and business flow between Operations, Key Accounts and Business Support functions
  • Presentation of variance to Key Account Manager to liaise with customer for sign off

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (Preferred)
  • Business and Service Industry Knowledge (Preferred)
  • Good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite Products, Excel and PowerPoint essential
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to deal with issues promptly and equitably
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

The successful candidate must be able to pass a Pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen as well as police and reference checks
