Renting should be faster, fairer, and less stressful than it is. We're the infrastructure that makes that happen. Five million users. 300+ real estate company and MLS partnerships. Ten years of consistent growth. From applications and screening to payments and lease management, the full rental journey runs on RentSpree. Recognized by Forbes as a Best Startup Employer and by BuiltIn Seattle as a Best Place to Work.

The Growth and Marketing team is building the growth engine across the entire RentSpree customer experience, fueling our next stage of scale. We're data-driven, insight-obsessed, and committed to exceeding acquisition, adoption, and revenue goals while strengthening trust with agents and landlords. Our work blends experimentation, speed, and adaptability to accelerate RentSpree's mission of building trust in every rental.

We have more go-to-market data than most companies our size. Our customers reach us through MLSs, brokerages, agents, and partners, often all at once, and our systems weren't built to follow. The same agent can look like two people. A landlord brought in by an agent can look like a marketing signup.

Sales, success, and marketing each work hard, but too often in separate tools. That's slowing down decisions. As our first Revenue Operations hire, you'll fix the foundation: one customer record, one set of rules, and process that lives in the system.

You'll build the agents and automated workflows that fix these issues and keep them fixed. Although we expect we’ll continue to use powerful Saas tools making the AI shift, we do expect AI-designed-systems to be a major part of this role long term.

You'll report to our SVP of Growth & Marketing and serve the whole go-to-market org. You'll work closely with our Data and Product teams, who own the warehouse and the product. You own the GTM systems and the rules that run on top of them.

Hybrid in Seattle, WA. Three in-office collaboration days weekly.

Responsibilities

  • →Own the customer record: make HubSpot (or an eventual alternative) the place GTM trusts. Clean it up, own data definitions, field mapping, and ongoing hygiene across systems, unify identity across emails, accounts, and partners, define our lifecycle stages, and get product usage into the CRM so lifecycle programs and sales plays run on real behavior.
  • →Build best-practice process into a system: Partner with GTM leaders to turn their business requirements into system solutions that scale. One example: Sales and Customer Success automation in HubSpot, including routing and scoring (partner-sourced leads too), notifications, task creation, SLA enforcement, and handoffs.
  • →Own the GTM stack: choose, implement, and maintain the tools GTM runs on, including new evaluations like in-app guidance. Own the integrations between HubSpot and tools like Aircall, Gong, and Zapier, including monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • →Make launches measurable: partner with our growth and insights teams so tracking is in place before a campaign or test ships, sends don't collide, and every test can actually be read out.
  • →Lead with AI and agentic workflows: build the agents that monitor data hygiene, flag breakages, route work, and produce reporting, so the function scales without scaling headcount. Build systems with agents that replace Saas tools where the cost isn’t worth the value to RentSpree.
  • →Run the GTM operating rhythm: one dashboard for our GTM goals, a named owner on every plan line, pacing against plan, and the data behind comp and target decisions. You make the weekly and monthly conversations about action, not about whose number is right.
  • →Inform our attribution and affiliation framework: work with data to decide how credit flows across MLS, brokerage, agent, partner, and direct channels. Flow these decisions through all company systems.

Our job descriptions evolve with our business needs and priorities. Your role may include other tasks, projects, and team support.

  • 8+ years in revenue operations, marketing operations, or GTM systems, ideally at a B2B, B2B2C, or multi-channel company where customers arrive through partners.
  • Deep HubSpot admin experience. Objects, workflows, properties, integrations, permissions. You've cleaned up a messy instance and kept it clean.
  • Systems thinking with commercial instincts. You can turn a vague business ask into a field, a workflow, and a definition, and you know which asks to push back on.
  • Comfortable in SQL and BI tools (we use BigQuery and Omni) and fluent working alongside data engineers and analysts.
  • Experience with lead management, lifecycle stages, routing, and SLAs across sales and success teams.
  • Deep knowledge of growth metrics (AARRR, LTV/CAC, funnel stages) and comfort turning a wealth of (incomplete) data into clear action.
  • Hands-on use of AI tools and agentic workflows to automate operations, not just write faster.

AI is a core skill. The people who thrive here are curious, take ownership, and use AI to compound their thinking, not replace it.

How we work and who we are comes down to six guiding principles. These are the principles we hire for and hold ourselves to:

  • Customer obsession: Our customers' needs come first. Not eventually, not when it's convenient. Every decision runs through one question: does this make things better for the people who depend on us?
  • Take action, forge solutions: When there's a problem, we don't wait for permission to solve it. We move with urgency, think past the obvious fix, and build something that holds.
  • Be candid, yet respectful: Say what you think. Name the problem. Challenge the idea. We don't do polite silence, but we also don't do cheap shots. Honest, direct, respectful.
  • Disagree, then commit: The best decisions come from real debate. Say what you think, even if it's uncomfortable. Once we decide, we move together.
  • Be audacious, learn loudly: Take the big swings our mission demands, treat every outcome as impact or a lesson, and share what you learn openly so the whole company grows stronger.
  • Strive for excellence: We don't settle at "done." We ask whether it's right, whether it's better than last time, and whether it's something we'd be proud to put in front of a customer.
